Muses, the goddesses

·       The history

The Muses in Greek mythology are goddesses who inspire poetry, traditional music,
literature and dance. There are nine members in the Muses who are the daughters of
Zeus and Mnemosyne.

·       The adventures 

In one myth the Muses judged a contest between Apollo and Marsyas.  In other myth,
they have a singing contest between Thamyris and Muses, in the end the Muses won
and punished Thamyris by blinding him and robbing him of his singing ability. 

·       The relationships 

Father: Zeus        Mother: Mnemosyne      

·       The appearance
All the members in Muses, they are beautiful and sexy women, golden hair, plump body
and exquisite skin.

Dance, the Muses stand for dance, there are many images about them.

All the members have their exclusive instrument. All of them are masters of this
instrument.

Singing, one of the strongest abilities is singing. We can find many mythes mentioning 
singing contests.
